I'm very disappointed with myself for going solar with pink energy. The system was installed early October 2021, and I didn't get the system up and running until late April 2022.
Do to poor workmanship. The day I got home that the system was installed, I called the foreman who was over the system install. There were unnecessary holes in my exterior wall, more than half of the conduit fittings wasn't tight at all, the conduit wasn't plum, level, nor was it straight. Insulation was installed in my attic which was hand tossed all in one area.
A crew return about a week later with insulation but without the blower and just hand tossed it in, covering most of the attic but not all. It is called blow in insulation because it takes a blower to blow it and fluff it so that it get in the cracks. I'm still not at all satisfied with the insulation that was installed. I received the system inspection late December 2022.
Georgia Power called me mid-February to do the meter swap and wanted me to turn the Inverter power on, so they could make sure the system was ready to run. I did what was asked of me, but there was no power because it wasn't connected by the installers. So Georgia power put me back on the waiting list until the system was ready for the meter swap. It was about 2 weeks before a technician came and completed that task.
Now the system is up and running, I don't see the benefits that I was sold on by the sales person. I have as told by the sales person (Joshua Baker) at my dining room table late July 2021 that I would be 79% solar. On average of the past 12 months that I was averaging about $250 a month for power and with 79% solar on average my monthly power bill would on average be $40 to $60 a month.
Now it's been 4 full month with the system up and running and the most I've seen is about $50 off my bill. They have the worst customer service, never call back nor answer emails.
User's recommendation: Don’t do it!

Poor customer service, sale person lie to you to make the sale and the workmanship of the of the insulation is very poor

4 months later, I'm out of pocket of about $600 for power and the solar loan compared to not having solar and just sticking with paying the power bill alone. Something needs to happen here. Upgrade my system no charge or just simply remove it.
I've call every week of every month since I had this system and still haven't got anything done about it. As well, customer service keep giving me the run around.
- And workmanship
- Worst customer service
Preferred solution: I’m looking for a price reduction or for them to make this 35% solar system into the 80% solar system which I’m paying for and what the sales person told me what I was getting

Verified ReviewerService for my existing system
This company has sold me panels stating that they would run my entire house they are only running about 40% I have had contact with somebody from here discussing that those panels should run 80 to a 100% and that they was going to send somebody out to fix the panels and and compensate me for any fees that have occurred along the way I have yet to hear from anybody else see anybody else Email for anybody else so if I don't get the information that I need in a timely fashion I'll take the next step and then that is not going to Cheap because I now know that the Attorney General has a lawsuit against pink energy in the way they've done business so if I don't receive compensation and my panels fixed in a timely fashion my next phone call will be there and I will join anyone else on that list that got suckered in by this clown Don't use them they're scam artists
Preferred solution: As of right now I'm not exactly sure how I want to go about this but someone needs to contact me

I’m experiencing the exact same production issues. Not at all what they sold me on and still have not received the promised rebate. Cannot get through to customer service either.
As of 09/21/2022 pink energy has gone out of business leaving more then half of their customers with a now working system and the bill to the loan company.
